Senior Web Developer – React
Sydney based or Remote within 5hrs of Sydney timezone.
About the Role
Use your deep background in technologies including React, ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript and a strong technical ability across architecture, design and hands on coding. You will be driven by a desire to develop beautiful responsive enterprise applications through collaboration with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with UX, functional and non-functional goals.
Requirements
You will have over 5 years development experience including:
- Thorough understanding and knowledge about the web technologies.
- Experience in building new products and services from the ground up in a collaborative (or even a previous startup) environment
- Sound knowledge of information security
- An ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- A natural ability to deal with ambiguous/undefined problems and think abstractly
- Ability to synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with UX, functional and non-functional goals
- Experience with ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, Material-UI etc.
- Experience using source control client such as Source tree, git bash
- Experience in using any CI/CD product such as Travis CI, Bamboo, Jenkins, CircleCI etc.
- Experience in TDD implementing the automation and unit tests using frameworks and libraries such as Mocha, Chai etc.
- Previous experiences building the SaaS and Multi-tenant solutions will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience developing reusable UI components as Web SDK is highly regarded.
- Good experience of working in agile environment and remote teams
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be a team player with positive attitude.
